Mind Games is North America’s premier specialty retailer, “Where Creative Minds Come to Play!” In our stores, customers can find a variety of games, toys, puzzles, collectibles, and gifts for every age and occasion. We sell fun and provide opportunities for customers to express themselves through their hobbies and interests.

We are looking for motivated and energetic Seasonal Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on their needs.
• Provide friendly and exceptional customer service.
• Operate the POS system and accurately process customer transactions.
• Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Develop knowledge of the store’s products, including games, toys, puzzles, collectibles, and pop-culture merchandise.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide relevant product information.
• Support the team in meeting store sales goals.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and general store operations.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $17.60 per hour

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Friendly, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion or knowledge of pop culture, games, toys, collectibles, and board games is an asset.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Flexible availability during the seasonal period, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
