We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to support the daily administration of our warehouse department. In this role, you’ll assist with data entries, organizing, packing and shipping merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


•    Enter Supplier POs in NetSuite
•    Create Distribution PO File
•    Create New Funko Files
•    Print Price Labels
•    Purolator Label Creation
•    Generate Transfer Orders
•    Receive Supplier POs in NetSuite
•    Item / Stock Check
•    Update PO Log
•    Update Warehouse Distribution Tracking Sheet
•    Assist Warehouse Manager, Warehouse & Logistics Assistant Manager and Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
•    Create Excel Amazon Returns
•    Order Fulfillment for TR PO’s / Purolator
•    Update Purolator Shipment List
•    Assist with tasks in the Warehouse
•    Support other team members and departments as needed

You are best suited for this role if you have the following qualifications and skills:


•    College diploma
•    At least 1 year of Administration and Warehouse Management experience
•    Knowledge of pop culture, toys, puzzles, board games, and trading card games an asset
•    Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in NetSuite, MS Office and Warehouse Management System are an asset 
•    Organizational Skills: Strong ability to maintain an organized inventory, track equipment and ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
•    Time Management: Able to complete tasks in a timely manner, and the ability to address unexpected last-minute requests 
•    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to brainstorm, apply logical reasoning and deductive thinking.
•    Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with Team Members
•    Available to work full time 37.5-40 hours/week
•    Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs

Pay Rate: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
