We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Sales Associates / Key Holders. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, support daily store operations, and assist with opening and closing responsibilities when assigned. Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on their interests and needs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.

• Operate the POS system, accurately process transactions, and handle payments.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, including merchandising and restocking products.

• Develop strong product knowledge of games, puzzles, toys, and collectibles.

• Work toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.

• Perform store opening and closing duties, including cash handling and security procedures, when assigned Key Holder responsibilities.

• Support team members and help maintain smooth daily store operations.

• Follow company policies, operational standards, and workplace safety procedures.

• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience considered an asset.

• Previous Key Holder, cash handling, or store opening and closing experience is an asset.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working independently when required.

• Passion for board games, puzzles, toys, collectibles, or pop culture is a plus.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits
