We are looking for motivated and energetic Seasonal Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy interacting with customers, and are excited to help create a fun and engaging shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers, answer questions, build customer confidence, and recommend products based on their needs, providing exceptional customer service.
• Operate a POS system, accurately process payments, and issue receipts.
• Keep the store neat and organized, including restocking products and ensuring inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
• Develop strong knowledge of the store's product lines and assist customers with product-related questions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and provide guidance on product selection, usage, care, and maintenance.
• Consistently work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to support store profitability.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while assisting customers quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, inventory, and general store organization.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety, and security requirements.
• Support other team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of customers.
• Ability to multitask, respond to competing priorities, and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Friendly, dependable, energetic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Passion or knowledge of pop culture, games, toys, puzzles, collectibles, and board games is preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability during the seasonal period, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate

$17.95 per hour
